Hi @leokhoa , i got similar problem. I have uninstalled Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributed (VC 14) then reinstalled Laragon 3.2 as you suggested, but apache still failed to start.
Occasionaly i got 2 windows pop-up error dialog about httpd.exe error and php-cgi.exe error saying application was unable to start (0xc000007b).
For additional info:
I have several older versions of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributed (version 9, 10, 11, and 12) on same machine.
I have installed xampp, but it is not running an port 80 is not being used.
How can we update Git that comes with Laragon: C:\laragon\bin\git?
I have the latest git installer for Windows. When running the installer it will of course install to C:\Program Files\git, so I am wondering how to run this for Laragon. Is it simply a matter of copy and pasting the install files over from C:\Program Files\git to C:\laragon\bin\git? Do I need to worry about whether the install is 64-bit or 32-bit?
The current version of Git for Laragon 3.2 is Git 2.9.0. As of Git 2.16.1 I believe it's possible to run git update-git-for-windows from the command line so this should be much easier process, however, I can't do that while on 2.9.0.
Released date: 2018-07-16

I am on Laragon Wamp 3.1.9 running Apache 2.4.27 and PHP 7.1.14. I have a few WordPress installation and recently I started having an issue of Apache restarting when I am on some admin pages or visiting teh sites. It happens randomly, here is the log:
My first trial with Laragon so I set up on an old PC to test a legacy project that uses mysql driver rather than mysqli or PDO.
PC is running Vista.
I installed Laragon 2.2 and added php 5.6 but when I start up I get :
Service MySQL can not start. Reason:
2018-07-04 17:57:38 3100 [Note] C:\laragon\bin\mysql\mariadb-10.2.3-win32\bin\mysqld (mysqld 10.2.3-MariaDB-log) starting as process 1856 ...
2018-07-04 17:57:38 3100 [ERROR] Incompatible header in messagefile 'C:\xampp\mysql\share\english\errmsg.sys'. Probably from another version of MariaDB
2018-07-04 17:57:38 3100 [ERROR] Aborting
But xampp is not started and was not started at all on this run of the PC. (I don't have xampp set to auto start.) No rogue services are shown in Task manager. I don't have a database installed yet but that shouldn't make it fail.
Apache is running OK in Laragon.
I also now tried installing myslq v5.7 but get:
mysqld.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point TryAcquireSRWLockExclusive could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll.
When i add new php version 7.2, enable the extensions, edit the php.ini and restart laragon. It always load with previous php.ini setting. I think there is a global php.ini. How can i edit and reload the new one? Where is the setting for do this? If i select the new version of php, php.ini is not working.
