I'm using Laragon 2.2.2 on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise and I would like to get Laragon to start automatically when the server is restarted. If it's of any further help I am using MariaDB (running on port 3306) and Apache (running on port 8000).
I have tried the following:
Switching on the following settings in Laragon:
"Preferences > General > Run Laragon when Windows starts"
"Preferences > General > Start All automatically"
However, Laragon does not start even after logging in via remote desktop.
Looking for Apache and MariaDB/MySQL in services.msc and setting the "Startup Type" to automatic, but I could not find any of these services?
I've also found I have to right click on Laragon and to run as administrator to get it to run properly, otherwise, I receive lots of errors once Laragon starts.
Hi, I have a problem when I try to execute the next code:
$path = $request->photo->store('images');
Always get the next error:
Whoops, looks like something went wrong.
ErrorException in FilesystemAdapter.php line 146:
fopen(): Filename cannot be empty
in FilesystemAdapter.php line 146
at HandleExceptions->handleError(2, 'fopen(): Filename cannot be empty',
But if I run the application through php artisan serve the problem doesn´t appears.
I cannot reach the pretty urls created by laragon.
If I type localhost/appname I reach the app without problems.
If I type appname.myapp I cannot reach the app.
appname.myapp has been added to the windows hosts file without problems
If I try to ping appname.myapp I don't get a response
Now, an interesting thing: if I use .dev as an extension, I receive a response when I ping appname.dev but in the browser it is still impossible to reach my app.
I think the problem is with my network configuration, but I don't even know what to search in order to find possible solutions.
All suggestions are appreciated.
That said: Laragon looks like a great timesaving tool. I'm looking forward to use it in the months to come.
Questionmark (online help) on laragon refers to http instead of https.
When I wasn't aware of this, I kept getting the message "It looks like your login session is no longer active, or no longer matches with the server. Please refresh this page."
I couldn't get my registration filled in.
I think it was the issue with http because if i added the 's', it worked fine.
Is there a way to install and run Laragon on a phone (samsung s7) SD card?
Seems like Laragon is tied to the C drive ... is there a way to just have it simply tied to whatever storage medium it's running on?
Personally, I'd like to connect my phone to whatever computer I'm using (by usb or bluetooth) and be able to work on the Laragon instance in my phone.
I run a wordpress site. when i visit the pages is so slow.
In the nginx errors logs.

Hey @leokhoa . Have you considered playing with some sort of Windows Subsystem for Linux integration? I'm not quite sure how that would work but some software requires that the server runs on Linux. For those I'm still using Docker or a VM and that's terribly cumbersome to configure, especially after getting used to all the Laragon awesomeness.
Would it be possible to make use of that new feature / would it even bring any advantages at all?
I am running Largon on my main system. I can access my project fine at ProjectName.dev on that main system. I would like to access the project from a laptop connected to the same LAN. What URI do I use?
I switched from Homestead to Laragon and I am super happy about it.
It has one problem tho. My Http calls made using GuzzleHttp library makes the web server unresponsive.
When I hit an endpoint with GuzzleHttp call, it just keeps loading but nothing ever happens. I can not load anything else from that point. I have to go to Laragon and restart it.
I've searched this forum, but everything with GuzzleHttp is from 2016 and starts with "Internal Server Error".
I dont get any errors. There is nothing in logs either.
I am using nginx version. FastCGI.
Any ideas what is wrong and how should I fix it?
I have accidentally reset my settings by pressing Reset.. button and suddenly my cmder terminal changed and my git bash commands were resetted back to Normal Windows Commands. How will I revert it back to git commands or linux commands. Thank you and God Bless
After installing the full version of Laragon equip with Nginx, I cannot access any of my websites. I simply get a 403 error. I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise and my permissions seem correct. This is a fresh, clean installation.
What additional information can I provide to help? Thanks!
