Actually, Laragon doesn't need an installer. However, your OS may not have appropriate Visual C++ libraries to run PHP, Apache,..
Laragon's installer will detect and install them for you.
Laragon is containerized to run inside its directory (
C:\laragon). You can change the directory or move it around because Laragon has auto-fixed feature and it's PATHs are isolated with your OS.
