I created an example-app laravel project without quick-app.to link this with laragon I created a .conf file in C:\laragon\etc\apache2\sites-enabled and did required things.when I visit example-app.local the project isn't opening.Am I missing something?

I'm not able to get Imagick or Graphicsmagick running in my TYPO3 installations on Windows 10 x64. I installed Imagick according to your tutorial, but TYPO3 expects a binary file in /usr/bin/, additional to the PHP extension.

So I tried moving the Windows imagick binaries to the laragon/usr/bin/ folder, but that made all the imagick dll's crash each time I accessed the imagick functions in PHP.

Any idea how to get it running? Did anyhone have success before?

This is a basic tutorial on how to send emails from Laragon using PHPMailer.

In your project require PHPMailer composer require phpmailer/phpmailer Find your SMTP setting

You need your SMTP settings from your ISP. It should look like this:

Use an example script

You will need to modify one of the example scripts based on your ISP settings. My ISP only requires the outgoing mail server and port (STARTTLS is Yes based on the port 587), I therefore used the smtp_no_auth.phps script as my starting point.

Conclusion

You will need to adjust the script you use based on your authentication and setting from your ISP.

I have, Apache 64bit 2.4.47 vs16 - environment so wanted to take the opportunity to upgrade to PHP 8.0. The upgrade is good and working fine but when i try to install imagick it only get 61 recognised image types previously i had 264. the list now does not even have .jpg or .png file types. What PECL libraries work with php 8.0? I have tried about 4 different combination all look to be compatible -but when i check php-info we only have 61 recognised types. Which imagick downloads do we need??

These are the exact instructions to upgrade MySQL to version 8 on Largon v.4.0.16 on Windows 10 1909 x64. If you have already ran Mysql in Laragon you can skip to step 3.

BACK UP YOUR DATA FILE BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING!

Install Laragon Click Start All. This will create the mysql folder and files at C:\laragon\data\mysql Stop Laragon. Go to Quick Add Configuration (Menu->Tools->Quick add->Configuration) Uncomment the mysql-8.0 (Line 12, delete # sign) Edit the mysql version to current version. (Change mysql-8.0.13-winx64.zip TO mysql-8.0.20-winx64.zip ) Save & Close file Go back to Quick Add and select mysql-8.0. Download will start. After download, go to Menu->Mysql->Version and select mysql-8.0.20-winx64 Rename C:\laragon\data\mysql to C:\laragon\data\mysql-8 (BACK UP THE mysql FOLDER FIRST!!!!!) Click Start All Button If you get VCRUNTIME140_1 error, install updated Microsoft Visual C++ from https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe Stop Laragon. Hi there, I have a dedicated machine(WINDOWS) in an Intranet with laragon installed, trying to act like a full web server locally (unfortunately I can't install docker or any Linux solution).

I installed laragon, with SSL configured, deploy an wep application, and all work 100% in the dedicated machine where is laragon installed, SSL active, and all browsers work well with the little keylock before the URL.

I don't have a domain xxxx.test , I put my project in the root for direct access like this https://localhost access, so I open :80 port on router for the rest of the internal network can access the web app.

When I access the web application from another computer by IP https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx the browser shows NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID error.

My question: how I can remove this error and access the web application normally? or if there is another way to achieve my goal ?

Today i formated my PC and now i enter to the laragon downloads page, and view the new 5 version. But i can´t find anything about this new version updates

Hopefully this will be a simple (and probably 'should have been obvious to me'!) answer;

I have just installed Laragon and Laravel. All looks to be mainly good with pages I have added visible in the browser. However getting the changes I make within Laravel to show up seems intermittent - sometimes I get the updated views via the browser, other time it just sticks on the previous version.

Is there an easy and quick way to refresh the Laravel changes through to the browser?

What does it mean when an item is in bold (such as the MySqL in the image below)?

While looking for information on how to install Laravel 5.6.21 I discovered Laragon Full 5.0.0 on happytodev.itanea.fr. So I installed it using Create a website quickly. But I have this message :

Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

But in my PhpMyAdmin I have set the root user so that the connection is done without password. I checked in config.php of MyPhpAdmin and the obligation of password is well disabled:

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['AllowNoPassword'] = true;**

Is there anywhere we can donate to the laragon maintainers? It really is a great bundle and I would be happy to donate a small amount to help continued updates.

My personal preference is pay-pal but I'm sure there are numerous other avenues to consider.

With Laragon, adding another Python version is very easy.

1.Download Python Zip package from my github repo:
You can download Python 2.7:

or Python 3.6:
https://github.com/leokhoa/laragon/releases/download/portable/python-3.6.1.zip

Note that you can download and use both (just switch version). Suppose you download Python 2.7. Extract the downloaded to: C:\laragon\bin\python\python-2.7 (If there is no python dir in bin, just create it) C:\laragon -- bin -- python -- python-2.7 -- ............. Close Laragon, then open it again (to refresh the Menu). Select the version at: Laragon Menu > Python > Version > python-2.7

Now, open Terminal (Ctrl - Alt - T) and type:

python --version

you should see something like that: Python 2.7.13

pip --version

you should see something like that: pip 9.0.1 ...............

Congrats! Your Laragon now has Python!

How to install Laragon in Linux operating system?

I've been using Laragon for well over a month now and haven't had any issues till randomly today I get an intrusion attempt by NortonLifeLock. It says something about a web attack, but I was browsing Facebook on one monitor and watching Youtube on the other when the notification popped up so I'm not really sure what happened.
