I've just moved over from antiquated XAMPP looking for an easier solution to locally hosting my web projects.
I have Laragon up and running installed on my C: drive, but all my projects are in different directories and not in laragon/www.
For example, I might have projects in the following locations:
What I would like to do is to be able to navigate to localhost in my browser and see a list of all these projects. I know this is possible with XAMPP but over complicated. How would I go about this with Laragon?
I downloaded a fresh copy of Laragon since my other version was way out of date but it doesn't seem to be working from the fresh download. I uninstalled the old version from add/remove programs and try to install fresh and I get the error below.
I just installed Laragon instead of wamp. And now I have a big problem. I can no longer open one of my online websites. It keeps trying to show the local site.
I added a folder (in /www) with the same name as the domain of my website: "mydomain.com"
Now, when I type "mydomain.com" into the address line in the browser (firefox, chrome and edge) it goes to the local file instead. I tried deleting the local folder, but now it just shows the index file of the root (same as when typing localhost). I can also not go to a subfolder on the online site (e.g. "mydomain.com/wp-admin")
The website works fine from other computers on the same network, so it is online.
Also it changes "http://" to "https://", the online site does not use https...
When this happened "auto virtual hosts" was off. I have tried enabling and disabling that, no difference.
How to I make it so that i can open my online website in my browser again?
i have install the laragon in my system i have window 10 in my system
when i start all service i got this error . so i have added both file on this path C:\Windows\System32 i have restarted the system many time . reinstall the application many time but not success

When I want to install a local multi-site wordpress in Laragon I get the error message “Error: You cannot install a network of sites with your server address.” please see this capture. Changing the port number to 81 does not solve the problem.
I can’t continue with the installation. What can I do?
Thank you, greetings.
These are the exact instructions to upgrade MySQL to version 8 on Largon v.4.0.16 on Windows 10 1909 x64. If you have already ran Mysql in Laragon you can skip to step 3.
BACK UP YOUR DATA FILE BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING!
Click Start All. This will create the mysql folder and files at C:\laragon\data\mysql
Go to Quick Add Configuration (Menu->Tools->Quick add->Configuration)
Uncomment the mysql-8.0 (Line 12, delete # sign)
Edit the mysql version to current version. (Change mysql-8.0.13-winx64.zip TO mysql-8.0.20-winx64.zip )
Save & Close file
Go back to Quick Add and select mysql-8.0. Download will start.
After download, go to Menu->Mysql->Version and select mysql-8.0.20-winx64
Rename C:\laragon\data\mysql to C:\laragon\data\mysql-8 (BACK UP THE mysql FOLDER FIRST!!!!!)
Click Start All Button
If you get VCRUNTIME140_1 error, install updated Microsoft Visual C++ from https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
If Windows Firewall opens give permissions for mysql
I am trying to copy a site from Laragon to live but I can't seem to find my database. Any that I created using the QuickApp method don't appear in the database list when I open Laragon -> Database. I can however go to the data > mysql directory on my C drive and I can see a folder for the site in question with files in it. Any suggestions on how to get over this issue and extract the databse from Laragon would be greatly appreciated.
I installed new build of Laragon (08/05), and when starting apache, got this:
" apache cannot be started as libssh2.dll icuuc62.dll are missing "
Why this error appeared? ( there were no such problems with previous build )
My system Windows 7 64 bit
And where to go, what to seek, what to install, what to do?
