PHP 7.3 - php.ini settings reset everytime
Hi there - Thanks for the latest update several improvements!
I tried to use PHP 7.3 with latest and older Laragon versions, but the php.ini changes are overwritten everytime I restart Apache. I could not enable/disable the modules from the context menu either.
I presume this is due to the way php.ini is initialized for the web server. PHP 7.2 had a new feature that extension names no longer needed their file extension.
I would appreciate any light you can shed.
@Ayesh : How about PHP 7.2? I haven't tested with PHP 7.3 but I'll take a look.
It works perfectly well with PHP 7.2. Thank you!
@Ayesh : Thanks for your information. Laragon 3.3 supports global php.ini, so you can try again with PHP 7.3 by copying a worked php.ini to
I had same problem with laragon 3.x. It's fixed in 4.x -> https://forum.laragon.org/topic/1204/laragon-4-0-12-released-with-quick-add-feature
