Quick apps - WP install doesn't work

Hi,
I wanted to start using WP with laragon, but somehow the download itself (or at least the loading bar) doesn't start. I do have Win 7 Pro, I'm not behind a proxy. Quick apps work just fine for laravel or blank install.Any ideas what to check? I have even tried to change WP URL to https://cs.wordpress.org/wordpress-5.0.3-cs_CZ.zip but it doesn't help.

You're right. The problem is I was so busy. I've released Laragon 4.0.9 for that
