Site identity missing with Astra -Elementor

With Wordpress Astra Theme and Elementor when start customizing site the "Site Identity" option is missing. Using OceanWP I did not have that trouble any ideas what/why this happening?

Disregard this question. Went to YouTube and looked at some of the videos and with Astra none of the have the 'Site Identity'. Not sure why but is not really a big issue.
