XML – Sorry, this file type is not permitted for security reasons.

Laragon localhost won’t upload my XML file, not had any issues with any previous installs, but new installs no longer accept them. The XML file works on my online hosted sites just fine. I’ve also tried disabling all plugins. It must be something being caused by Laragon as I've ruled out everything else.
Any reason it would block XML as a MIME type?
