recovering data after a problem with my computer?

A few days ago I had a problem with my computer and I had just the time to make a copy of the www and data paths.
I would like to know if this is possible to recover my data?
I think my version of Laragon was 3.2 with php 7.2.2 and mysql 5.7.19
I installed the new version of Laragon and tried to place my copies instead of the data folder already present but it does not work
Someone can help me ?
