Error 200 At PHPMYADMIN

Hello! I have some problem to access phpmyadmin.When I login in phpmyadmin with root username and my password,the phpmyadmin error and show this(Look at the screenshoot). What should i do? Btw i already change "memory_limit" to 512M at PHP.INI

Follow this and download the MariaDb or Mysql.
I used the MariaDb x64 because my apache 2 and php are both x64.
