How to build more than one website in Laragon?

I am not a developer and am building a website for the first time. I have been able to build a WordPress site in Laragon and would no like to try to build a WooCommerce site in addition to the site I have already built. Can I use Laragon to build multiple websites? If so, how? What is the easiest way? I do not know any code. Thank you for any help?
