unable to re-login on wordpress

I am using Largon to work on my Wordpress site.

Whenever I create a new WordPress site on Laragon to copy my real one on to, I only have admin rights until I view the new site. After I leave the admin page once in Laragon I am unable to log back into the new wordpress account I just created.

Is this normal?
