Laragon has css cache?

Hi, I'm developing a basic html, css, js project, but I have problems updating css. I went to private navigation to prevent caching files, but same problem.
So far right now, the only way to refresh each time css is putting a random number in the css link. main.css?rnd=234
Please help.

That might be an issue with your browser, I had the same problem with Firefox, I switched to the new Edge and it worked!!
