I am trying to set up local wordpress to change theme

I am trying to set up local wordpress to change theme and when i click on access permalinks it takes me to log in and it wont accept my log in and password.
why does it not accept my log in when it is the correct one?
please help me out on this.

Did you try forgot password?

Yes. I did.
as i only inserted my username, it wont accept that either.
attached you can see what i am trying to do and then it shows me credentials not working.
i erased the cache and cookies in the meantime but it wont work.

@ariandatigerq : It seems that the importer did not import your former username.

what should I do?

- Create another Wordpress site using Menu > Quick add > Wordpress
- Remember your username/password
- Import your data.
