Can Not Open PhpMyAdmin

I installed MyAdmin thorugh the Laragon menu. I am now getting this error message on the login screen:

"There is mismatch between HTTPS indicated on the server and client. This can lead to non working phpMyAdmin or a security risk. Please fix your server configuration to indicate HTTPS properly."

I have hunted around on the web and there is mention of changing some config file in Nginx(?) .....

How do I fix things??
