Install Oracle Extention is easy if you follow these below steps (works with both Apache & Nginx):

    1. Download Oracle Instant Client Zip file:

Note: You must accept the "Accept License Agreement" and "create an account (Free)"

    1. Extract:
Extract all the dll in the downloaded zip file to PHP dir (Menu > PHP > Version > dir:php-xxx-xxx)

    2. Enable:
      Just click Menu > PHP > Extensions > php_oci8_12c.dll

    3. Restart Apache.

    That's all forks.

You should see Oracle OCI information on phpinfo()

To get this working with the latest Laragon & PHP I had to download instant client version 12 and place the DLLs in the Laragon root folder (alongside laragon.exe). Placing them in the php directory or apache bin directory did not work.

It's important to download the Oracle Instant Client Version, if you download the Version 19 it doesn't work well.
