Could not find npm, the path set from Laragon menu

git clone blog built with Laravel5.5 and Vue.js

Could not find npm, the path set from Laragon menu
laragon\bin\nodejs\node-v6.11.3-x64

Should it set PATH ?
laragon\bin\nodejs\node-v6.11.3-x64\node_modules\npm

Compile the js code:
npm run dev
// OR
npm run watch
// OR
npm run production
ERROR could not find npm...

@martin : If you use Laragon's Terminal, you'll have npm which already set in Path.
