Windows permissions to laragon/tmp folder

Well, here is some problems with accesses. So this is error what I see now. http://prntscr.com/ac7go2
However, permissions for this folder is set to full control: http://prntscr.com/ac7gw1
Any ideas why its so?

How about Securiy Tab ?
Please check permissions on Security Tab.

There everything for all users are checked as full control.

@leokhoa I managed to completed what I want without writing anything in tmp folder, however, I think this problem at some point should be fixed.

Cool. I tested many cases and they worked fine for me (deleted OK)
