How does Laragon use an isolated environment?

  • | 201 points

In the Laragon Docs webpage it says:

"Isolated - Laragon has an isolated environment and use built-in service orchestration, so it doesn’t affect your OS.

If you want to use PHP, Node.js & Java in normal Command Prompt, just click Menu > Tools > Path > Add Laragon to Path"

So my quest is how does Laragon achieve this functionality?

I am in the process of building my own desktop app that will need to install and run 3rd party software so OI am curious as to how Laragon runs 3rd party software isolated from the main OS system as I need to do a similar task in my app.

Anyone have any info on the basic concept of how this is achieved?
