[solved] Overhead of auto virtual hosts feature
I'm new to Laragon and I'm wondering if the auto virtual hosts feature will add any significant overhead if I have a largish number of directories in the Document Root (say, 100 directories).
I don't need to work on that many projects at one time, but it's easier for me to leave projects in the document root even when I no longer need to work on them in localhost. That's because my IDE has a freakout when I move a project folder.
If there's no big performance cost to this it would be handy to leave the auto virtual hosts feature enabled. Or should I disable that and create virtual hosts manually only for the projects I am actively working on?
@Toutouwai : The "auto virtual hosts" feature is carefully designed so you should work smoothly with thousands of projects.
Thanks, good to know.
