Can you update CMDER to it's latest version please?
@flick36 Any new good features to worth updating?
- Compatible with Visual Studio Code (PowerShell) https://github.com/cmderdev/cmder/pull/1417
- Compatible with Visual Studio Code (cmd) https://github.com/cmderdev/cmder/pull/1416
- Now comes with Git for Windows in the 64bit version
- Windows 10 compatibility with clink
- Everything update to its latest versions (Git, ConEmu, Clink)
- And lots of bugfixes and improvements
And because laragon it's portable and everything can be changued (PHP versions, MySQL versions, add text editor, etc) so it kinda makes sense been able to update cmder i think.
@etyike The thing by doing that is that @leokhoa is probably changing some of it's config to make work smoothly with laragon, so if you do that you lost some default settings. I try and did that a few months ago (https://forum.laragon.org/topic/329/how-to-update-cmder) that's why i ask the question, i do not remember exactly what wasn't working but the shorcuts for example, git initialized every time i opened the terminal and it didn't recognize other installed stuffs like composer i believe. So, yeah not an option...
F11: Toggle Full screen Ctrl + T: Create new tab (without confirmation) Ctrl + Shift + T: Split active tab vertically Ctrl + Shift + H: Split active tab horizontally Ctrl + W: Delete previous word (In Cmder, it will close current tab) Ctrl + Shift + W: Close current tab Ctrl + Shift + Q: Close Terminal Ctrl + Shift + 2: Make Terminal window transparent Ctrl + Shift + 3…9: Reduce transparent Ctrl + Shift + 1: Remove transparent
@leokhoa It would be really great to have a way for us to update Cmder.
Also as the OP pointed out "because Laragon it's portable and everything can be changed (PHP versions, MySQL versions, add text editor, etc) so it kinda makes sense been able to update Cmder"
@zerock : That's fine. I will keep you updated on that.
Hi @leokhoa any news on this? i think the major reason for me to update is the VSCode integration https://github.com/cmderdev/cmder/wiki/Seamless-VS-Code-Integration and the update git and other components as conemui itself
